Maxforte - Shumoizol

MaxForte-ECOpanel is a durable soundproof panel made of a multi-layer frame filled with selected mineral quartz filler - the sand. The special design of the panel provides the multiple reflection and the dispersion of sound waves. Moreover, the non-bonded sand particles provide the high frictional losses. This additionally increases the dissipation, i.e. the transition of the acoustic energy of the sound wave into the heat energy due to the friction of the filler particles.

The MaxForte-ECOslab Floor. This material is intended for use as a component of "floating" screed structure in the floor soundproofing as well as for laying over the walls under the plaster. Sound-absorbing material is made of 100% volcanic rock (free of impurities, slag or blast-furnace wastes) in the form of slabs. These slabs feature the excellent acoustic properties and due to this can be successfully used for sound insulation of the premises which are the most difficult for soundproofing, such as: the multiplex cinemas, the recording studios, the listening rooms, the home theaters, etc.

MaxForte vibroacoustic sealant is intended for sealing seals, joints and holes in soundproofing of walls and ceilings as well as in the structures of "floating" and joisted floors. Due to the low modulus of elasticity, the sealant shows the excellent vibroacoustic properties and acts as a damping layer significantly reducing the vibration load between the building structures.

MAXFORTE SoundFlex is a new generation resilient construction foam specially designed for soundproofing. This product features high density and low expansion. SoundFlex foam is highly resilient, stretchable and capable to restore the original shape after being compressed. Thanks to all these, the excellent vibroacoustic properties of MaxForte SoundFlex are ensured! This product acts as a damping layer and, due to this, significantly reduces the vibration load between the building structures.

MaxForte-Light is a damping backerboard for sound insulation of the floor (to be applied under a laminate, parquet or linoleum). The material consists of 100% polyester fiber and is free of harmful binders, therefore it is absolutely environmentally friendly. The special fibrous structure of MaxForte-Light significantly reduces the impact noise. Moreover, it is highly stable (it will not sag over time and no effect of booming sound or springing will occur). High sound insulation properties allow to reduce the impact noise down to 20 dB!

Uni-component liquid rubber is designed to seal the seams of roll materials MaxForte-Standard and MaxForte-ShumoIzol. This compound is made from high-quality raw materials. It is a pasteous mass consisting of highly viscous latex emulsion, rubber and polymer additives.
